Matthew Pilmoor - Managing Director
Matt’s passion for aviation is genuine - he gained his private pilots license when he was just 18.  He studied for a PhD in aerospace engineering at the University of Manchester and has worked extensively in the development of innovative unmanned vehicles for a diverse array of customers. He specialises in computer aided engineering, synthetic environments, real-time systems and systems integration. Matt is committed to strategic planning for the long term future of the organization.  On his days off he still enjoys fixed wing gliding, hang and paragliding.

Stephen Liddle - Project Director
Dr Steve Liddle gained his PhD in aerospace engineering from the University of Manchester in 2007. He is an expert in the application of active flow control technology to flight vehicles and is currently involved in a pan-European project to further the development of these technologies, supporting the long term reduction in carbon emissions by aviation. He has a wide experience of research wind-tunnel testing and in-depth knowledge of the aviation industry and aircraft. He currently acts as vice-chair of the Royal Aeronautical Society’s young members board.

Philip Geoghegan - Technical Director
Phil Geoghegan studied for his PhD in aerospace engineering at the University of Manchester. He has a wealth of experience in theoretical and experimental fluid dynamics, programming, electronic systems and aerospace design /rapid manufacture. . Phil’s worked successfully on several UAV projects and is an involved member of the aerospace community. Phil has a private pilots licence and has recently built his own general aviation aircraft
